## About

KraftCodes started at a terminal screen inside the math labs of Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), where Derrick Gitonga and a small circle of engineers became obsessed with one question: why does so much software break under pressure? The answer was never the code. It was the absence of architecture.

Today KraftCodes operates as a specialist software partner for founders and teams building something that cannot fail. The move to Belfast put the company in a timezone that overlaps cleanly with both London and the East Coast of the US, while the engineering team retains roots in Nairobi.

- Face Access Control: Physical access system using facial recognition as the credential, verified at the hardware level before any door opens. Built for environments where cards and PINs are a security liability.
- Funga Deal: Settlement engine for peer-to-peer transactions where every state is locked and audited. Funga means "close / lock" in Swahili.
- Polymarket Copy-Trading Bot: Automated system wired into live prediction market infrastructure, replicating positions from high-performing accounts with graceful degradation under unstable data feeds.
- Interview Signal Analyzer: Video analysis system that extracts performance signals from recorded interviews automatically, saving hiring teams hours of manual review.
- Audio Intelligence: Turns hours of recorded calls and meetings into searchable, queryable content.
- Customer Feedback Intelligence: Classifies and surfaces unstructured customer feedback so the right teams see the right signals without manual triage.
